  • 500g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves


  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Mix well to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Marinate the beef slices in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
