  1. I purchased Cha Siu in the asian market. With the purchase came with a delicious sauce in a small cup/container. Do you have a recipe for this cha siu sauce. It is not the marinade sauce.

    also I purchased the roasted pig by the lb. it too came with a delicious sauce. It taste like hoisin sauce some other ingredients. Do you have a recipe for that sauce too! Would love to know how to make it.
