- 2 bunches of kangkong (water spinach), washed and trimmed
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 salted eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the kangkong for about 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
