  • 1 cup wild rice

  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the rice and vegetable mixture, and toss gently to combine.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
